The UK Department of Energy and Climate Change plans to grant energy intensive industries an exemption from the costs of guaranteeing revenues for renewable and nuclear energy suppliers.
The Eurasian Natural Resource Company (ENRC) emerged victorious at the end of 2011 when the European Court ruled that the European Commission had overstepped its authority in imposing a 6.5% anti dumping duty on imports of Silico Manganese from Kazakhstan.
