Greycast™
Description:
Greycast is a solid cast mould inoculation insert for Grey Iron Castings which can be located in the mould to offer a highly effective, efficient and controlled method of late inoculation.
The technique of introducing controlled amounts of inoculant in the gating system also provides a cost effective and clean treatment. Other benefits include:
- Increased cell count
- Reduced chill tendency
- Optimal Microstructures
- Enhanced feeding characteristics
- No fading of the inoculation effect

Cylindrical Sizes: 15g, 20g, 40g, 60g, 80g, 110g, 150g, 200g.
