Filtron™ Round Hole filters have excellent dimensional accuracy and high cold strength properties and achieve highly consistent flow rates and capacities.

Variation in melt cleanliness, nodularisation and inoculation techniques will increase variation of flow and filling rates.

Larger endogeneous inclusions which originate from sand erosion, turbulent pouring and undissolved inoculants can also be effectively prevented from entering the casting cavity at the inlet area of the filter face.

Sizes:

From 40 mm to 100 mm square.

Thickness- 12.7mm, 15 mm and 22 mm (other sizes available upon request)
